10 DAY RETURN POLICY

All purchases made online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of dispatch or collection. Terms and Conditions apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On presentation of the original receipt, your online purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our Watches of Switzerland store in the country of purchase. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. To return the purchases through the secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the return shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards and instruction booklets.

All refunds must be credited in the same tender used for the original purchase. All returns must be made in the country of purchase.
